Activity
Although the department’s main fields of interest lie within electrical power engineering, namely, the generation, transfer, distribution, and use of electricity, our researchers also intensively examine topical problems and developments in lighting technologies, power quality, nuclear engineering, energy production safety and security, and renewable sources. Our modern laboratories and well-equipped computer rooms enables us to simulate effectively the operation of energy manufacturing systems and to test state-of-the-art digital protection devices.
